The mother fruit, beside hybrid #3

On the right hand side is a fruit from the mother plant (Selenicereus Purpusii) of our new hybrids, selected for its unique hardiness and novel flavor notes. Pictured on the left hand side, is hybrid #3 "name pending". A tiny sneak peek of what is to come with some very key observations that may be helpful.

So far the last 6 tested have done very well with one standout, and one absolute game changer! We will be testing another 3 fruit in the coming days. More to come soon...
